All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

United States

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

3D Sons Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order ships.
